Refunds and Shipping
Shipping: There are no shipping options for In-person Winter Fantasy tickets and badges. All purchases will be available for pickup onsite starting on Wed - Feb 2nd - at 4pm.
Refunds can be requested for in-person and online Winter Fantasy through Jan 26th at 8pm EST (GMT -5). There is a 10% refund fee for all requests. After Jan 26th all sales are final. Exchanges do not have a 10% fee associated with them if you are exchanging like priced tickets.
